Xiao-Yong Man is the associate professor of medicine at Zhejiang University; Director of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine; Board member of Committee of Chinese Society of Dermatology (CSD), Chinese Medicine Association (CMA). He is the vice-chairman of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Dermatology(CARD), Committee of Dermatology of Chinese Research Hospital Association .He advocated the establishment of the Chinese Psoriasis Real World Evidence Research Group Chinese(CPRWERG).

The Man/Zheng  Laboratory at the Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University school of medicine focus on the pathogenetic mechanisms of psoriasis, especially molecular mechanisms and epidermal immune microenvironment; and development of chemical, biological and computational approaches to better understand patterns of psoriasis and microbial pathway activation during disease and treatment.
